Paige Boulet, soprano

Paige Boulet is a Montreal based soprano and choral conductor specializing in Baroque and Renaissance repertoire and is praised for her historically informed performances of solo and ensemble programs. She recently made her Handel’s Messiah debut as the soprano soloist in December, 2024, at the Messiah Sing-Along at Christ Church Cathedral, Montreal, directed by Nicholas Capozzoli.

Paige has appeared in numerous concerts as a soloist and chorister with Cappella Antica, the elite flagship early music ensemble at McGill’s Schulich School of Music. Performances include the Pallas role in the oratorio The Judgment of Paris by John Eccles, solos in Telemann’s Johannes Passion and Musikalische Exequien by Schütz, as well as ensemble roles in programs including medieval music from the Cyprus Codex, Monteverdi Madrigals, and French Chansons. She is the co-founder of the new Ensemble Musica Lucis, a vocal and instrumental ensemble dedicated to historical performance of Renaissance and Baroque music. Their first concert featured the Stabat Mater by Giovanni Pergolesi in April 2025.

As a choral conductor Paige is passionate about community engagement through music and choral singing. She has performed with the Concordia Chamber Choir and has led numerous choir projects at Emmaus Anglican Church in Montreal.

Paige has a B.Mus in Early Music Voice Performance with a minor in choral conducting from McGill University and is currently completing her M.Mus in Early Music Performance. Her teachers include Allyson McHardy, Tracy Smith, Annamaria Popescu and Aline Kutan and she has performed in masterclasses with Suzie Leblanc and Olivier Spilmont.
